In our group classes, we work with equipment such as kettlebells, barbells steppers, and weight plates to get the most of this workout. Weighted exercises will be alternated with body weight and high-intensity exercises.

I will be on vacation, what then? We will give you a home workout to continue your training.
I am not very fit, can I still join? This isn't a Navy SEAL recruitment camp. You come to get fit or fitter, even with physical restrictions.
Will the coaches yell at me? If you behave well then probably not.

Be realistic: results vary from person to person and depend on many factors such as your strictness, sleep, stress level and other factors. From our extensive experience, everyone who committed themselves 90% of the time always made amazing progress.

With your registration and the purchase of the 6 week challenge you confirm that you are in good physical condition to participate in physical training program and that it's your duty to get a medication examination to confirm that. Cancellation up to 3 weeks before challenge start: 70% refund of the full amount. Cancellation up to 1 week before start: 50% refund. Cancellation within the first 2 weeks after start: 30% refund. Cancellation only valid in case of sickness or injury (with confirmation by a medical doctor).
