  • Mo/Tue/Wed/Fr morning: 605h-655h

  • Thu morning: 615h-705h & 710h-800h

  • Thu evening: 1815h-1910h

  • Wed evening: 1900h-1955h

  • Fr evening: 1730h-1825h

  • Saturday: 905h-955h / 1100h-1155h

  • Sunday: 905h-955h


  • X: full-body workout for more freedom of movement, strength, endurance, functional capability. No bullshit.

  • Booty: focus on butt, legs and abs

  • Switch: Spinning-Bike + full-body workout back-to-back, whoop whoop

  • No membership needed. Just sign up, show your booking confirmation at the reception desk and train.

  • What to bring: lock, towel, waterbottle. Mineralwater by Indigo reserved for their members only.

New Year's Bootcamp

Commit to 8 weeks of moving more and better plus eating better. Get fitter, stronger, healthier.


  • Starts: January 6, 2020 + one extra free week to compensate for vacation and illness
